MTN WeChat 5GB weekly plan is back but is it really
5GB?
Hey Guys, Like we said on the
Group Chat, today is our promo day where we share premium files, apps & games for free. Cool right?
But that's not where we're going, now to the main headline, recently i received a message from
MTN telling me about my
Wechat data plan expiring date, then i realised they've reactivated it, so i try checking it to find out what they've done to the plans.
Few weeks back, when the
5GB plan was trending on the net, one of our fellow Nigerians whose sim wasn't eligible started leaking & tagging
MTN officials about the promo until they received the info after which they block the Wechat subscription before sucking up all the datas we've all accumulated.
But today, the Wechat server is back online not with the
5GB plan but @
150mb or
50mb weekly plan i guess, because when i checked my Wechat data balance, this is what i saw below :
Well it looks like they've restored everything. You can check your Wechat data balance by dialing *
662# then reply with
6,
2,
3 after which your data balance would be displayed.
The
5GB Wechat data has been reduced to
50mb, you can still subscribe by dialing *
662# for the MTN goodybag promo..
