REQUIREMENTS1. PHONE
2.HTTP INJECTOR v4.4.0 build 77(installed only on the phone that will serve as hotspot) 3.ultrasurf vpn(on the phone you are sharing to)...you can get it on playstore ..or any other proxy app
Steps to follow STEP A => open your http injector and connect to your cheat
=> ensure dns is not ticked
=> on the HOTSPOT of your device and go back to http injector... don't stop the vpn
=> click the tools tab
 => click tehtering tools
=> Click hotshare 
=> click start hotshare 
Step B (on the phone you want to connect to)
=> on the wifi
=> connect to the hotspot(that of step a) =>open the ultra surf vpn
=> click the top right and choose proxy
 => choose http.... 
=> then input the following proxy/ip : 192.168.43.1 port: 44355 
=> click ok and wait till it connect
=> then start surfing...
